Thank you for shopping with Tiny Leaf Micro Green Farm. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our return and refund policies below. If you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (3% service fee is applied to credit card use). Along with direct payments on Venmo or Zelle. 


Most deliveries will be paid COD (cash on delivery) unless alternative agreements have been arranged prior to receiving your product.

What is the delivery policy?

We delivery on Tuesday's and Friday's for most orders unless a special arrangement has been discussed. Orders must be in before 12pm the day prior to qualify for delivery. 

Free delivery for all orders made in Broward County, a delivery fee of $20 will be applied for orders placed in Miami Dade and Palm Beach County.

We do require a minimum order of $100.00 to qualify for delivery in all counties. 


Orders in West Palm Beach or Palm Beach County are required to meet a $200.00 delivery minimum.

We no longer delivery to Dade county unless the order is substantial. 

We are a small scale farm with a small team, with the economic changes that have occurred in the last year or so we have to use our resources wisely and we hope you can understand :) 


The farm is open for pick up with a scheduled appointment. 

Do we deliver outside of South Florida?

We currently are not offering deliveries outside of South Florida, however we are working with a few of our local provisioners for yacht chefs and special orders. We are capable of making arrangements for an out of State or country delivery using our trusted third party provision companies. They ship nation wide and internationally on a regular basis for yachts and restaurants.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We package all our microgreens into fully compostable food grade deli containers. We order our packaging from Green Paper Products. This company believes in renewable, compostable and chemical free plastics... and so do we! 

Do you offer subscriptions?

We do offer weekly and monthly subscriptions for microgreens and edible flowers. Please reach out to us directly to discuss the details of your subscription order.

Can I change my order?

For small orders, changes can be made easily with 48 hours notice.

However, for larger orders like restaurants and yacht orders we are unable to make substantial changes to an order unless we are given at least 10 days notice.


The reason being is we currently grow to order so if there are major changes that come up, unfortunately we are going to have to charge the client due to the wasted crops water/labor/power consumed growing/preparing and harvesting the greens.

Can I cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days prior to your delivery date without any given reason. 

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you have planned to receive your product on.

In order to exercise the right to cancellation, you must let us know of your decision by means of a clear statement through email or text.

Do you offer refunds?

Micro greens are a perishable good, so unfortunately we are not able to offer full refunds for any products once they leave our delivery persons hands. 

However, if there is an issue with your product feel free to email us or call us. We will review the order and we are happy to exchange your product for something equal or of lesser value. 

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns on product but if there is an issue with your product please feel free to email us or call us. We are happy to exchange your product for something of equal or lesser value. Please refer to our microgreens care section in order to get the longest shelf life out of your microgreens.
